The church was constructed in 1777. The edifice architecture has a strongly pronounced Moldovan influence, which allies it with medieval Moldovan churches erected within the XVI-XVIIth centuries. Founder of the church - Simion Donciul from Movilau. Author is anonymous. It represents an international value.
